Our presentation is entitled Improving Equipment Performance, Reducing Energy Costs. My name is Joe Watson and I am a Senior Project Engineer for E3 Designs, an HVAC consulting firm that provides life-cycle evaluations and re-commissioning services for all types of HVAC systems. Our goal today will be to provide building managers and operators with a methodology for evaluating the performance their existing equipment , and to provide justification for renovating and upgrading systems through improved environmental quality and reduced operating costs.
