This is a representative list of individuals who may be involved in the construction and operation of commercial buildings. At some point in the life-cycle of the building, each of them may have a need to determine some component of HVAC owning and operating costs. While some may concentrate on one specific aspect (installed cost, operating cost, etc.), others may have a requirement to evaluate and compare all the costs associated with owning and operating an HVAC system over the life of the project.
