Additional consulting services will be billed on a time and material basis,

Applicable billing rate for these and any additional services beyond
the scope of the above-defined services are as follows:

Reimbursable
expenses incurred in connection with all Services will be charged on the
basis of actual cost plus 20%. Reimbursable expense items typically consist
of travel beyond 50 miles of our office, long distance calls, mylars,
blueprints, CAD plotting, reproduction costs, Xerox, overnight mail, postage,
parking fees, etc.

As an approved vendor on the Federal Supply Schedule our

* For
GSA pricing, discount the above prices by 20.8%. An additional fee of
.75% will be added to the total order, which is paid directly to GSA to
cover the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF).
